Testing reaches as far as tubes and sperm. Fertilisation, embryo development and implantation all happen unobserved.
Testing reaches as far as tubal patency and motile sperm. Whether the egg entered the tube, whether fertilisation happened, whether the embryo reached blastocyst, whether it implanted — all of it happens unobserved. Timed intercourse and IUI are treatments run without knowing which step fails.
What you can do now
If 3–5 cycles pass without success, the odds shift towards the part testing cannot see. Use that in deciding to step up.
